隱私權政策

適用於 App「潮光小館 Tidelight Bistro」（iOS／Android）

1. 我們蒐集的資料

• 匿名玩家 ID：首次啟動時由 Firebase Authentication 建立的匿名帳號 ID，用於保存遊戲進度。若您選擇綁定 Google/Apple 帳號，我們會取得該服務提供的帳號識別碼（不含密碼）。
• 遊戲進度：等級、資源、棋盤、訂單、裝潢、購買紀錄等，存放於 Google Cloud Firestore。
• 購買資料：交易 ID、商品 ID、時間、環境（由 Apple / Google 經 RevenueCat 提供）。我們不會取得您的信用卡或付款資訊。
• 匿名使用統計（可於設定關閉）：遊戲事件（例如完成訂單、教學步驟、每日任務與週活動進度），透過 Google Analytics for Firebase 以雜湊過的 ID 記錄，不含 email、定位、聯絡人。
• 當機與錯誤報告：App 發生錯誤時，透過 Firebase Crashlytics（iOS/Android）或 Google Cloud Logging（網頁版）傳送錯誤訊息、堆疊、App 版本與裝置型號；傳送前會移除 email、金鑰與長數字，並只使用雜湊過的 ID。
• 裝置完整性驗證：Firebase App Check 透過 Apple App Attest / Google Play Integrity 驗證請求來自正版 App，不會取得你的個人資料。
• 帳號綁定（選擇性）：若你使用 Google 或 Apple 登入綁定進度，我們會取得該服務提供的帳號識別碼；使用 Apple「隱藏我的電子郵件」時我們只會收到轉寄地址。
• 封測回饋（選擇性）：若你在「設定 → 封測回饋」送出問卷，我們會保存你的評分、選項與輸入的文字，並由伺服器附上當時的遊戲進度（章節、等級、能量等）。請勿在文字中填寫個人資料。刪除帳號時一併刪除。
• 客服回報（選擇性）：若你在「設定 → 客服中心」送出問題回報，我們會保存類別、你輸入的文字與（選填）交易 ID，並由伺服器附上當時的遊戲進度與你自己的最近交易紀錄，用於客服查詢。刪除帳號時一併刪除。
• 我們不放置個人化廣告、不進行跨 App 追蹤。

2. 使用目的

提供與同步遊戲、驗證並發放購買內容、防止作弊與退款濫用、改善遊戲體驗、客服。

3. 第三方服務

Google Firebase（Authentication、Firestore、Cloud Functions、App Check、Analytics、Crashlytics）、Google Cloud Logging、Google Sign-In、Sign in with Apple、RevenueCat、Apple App Store、Google Play。各服務依其隱私權政策處理資料。

4. 保存與刪除

您可在遊戲「設定 → 刪除帳號與資料」送出刪除申請；我們將刪除雲端遊戲資料與帳號。依法須保存的交易稽核紀錄將去識別化保存。命令回執約 30 天後自動刪除。

5. 兒童

本遊戲適合全年齡，但不以 13 歲以下兒童為對象蒐集個人資料。內購需透過平台的家長控制機制。

Privacy Policy (English)

Applies to the app “Tidelight Bistro” (iOS/Android). Effective date: October 19, 2026. Operator: Wangzi Studio.

We collect an anonymous player ID (Firebase Anonymous Auth), game progress, purchase transaction identifiers (via Apple/Google and RevenueCat — never card details), optional anonymous gameplay analytics with hashed IDs (Google Analytics for Firebase), crash and error reports with personal data removed (Firebase Crashlytics / Google Cloud Logging), App Check device-integrity tokens, and — only if you choose to link — your Google or Apple account identifier. If you submit the optional in-game playtest survey, we store your answers and text together with your game progress at that time (deleted with your account; please do not include personal information). If you send an optional support report, we store its category, your text and an optional transaction ID together with your progress and your own recent transactions, for customer support (deleted with your account). No personalized ads or cross-app tracking. You can request deletion in Settings → Delete account & data; legally required transaction audit records are kept de-identified.
